What We Provide

Amherst Vans provides market data, price feeds, and analytical tools 'as-is.' We don't guarantee accuracy or that alerts will fire at exact prices. We're a tool to help your research, not investment advice.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for verifying prices before you trade. Markets move fast. Slippage happens. Exchanges go down. Don't blame us for moves we can't control.

Our Data Rights

Everything on Amherst Vans — charts, layouts, algorithms, data aggregation — is our intellectual property. You can use it for personal trading. You can't resell, republish, or build competing products on top of our API.

What We're NOT Liable For

Lost trades. Missed opportunities. Bad decisions. If you lose money, that's on market risk, not on us. We're a tool. Tools don't guarantee outcomes.

Third-Party Data

We pull prices from Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and others. If their data is wrong, ours will be too. We're not responsible for exchange outages or data corruption.

Changes We Can Make

We reserve the right to update pricing, change features, or shut down service. We'll give 30 days notice before major changes. Emergency shutdowns (security breach, legal order) may be immediate.
