What Data We Collect

Email address when you sign up. Wallet addresses you choose to watch. Alert settings you configure. Which charts you view. Your IP address and browser type. We never ask for passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

What We Do With It

We use your data to run the platform: send you alerts, show your watchlist, process your requests. We analyze usage patterns to improve features. We never sell your data to data brokers, advertisers, or hedge funds.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and track which pages work. We use Plausible for analytics — privacy-focused, no cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the app.

Who Else Sees Your Data

Only our servers and your browser. We don't integrate with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party marketing platforms. We don't share data with partners, period.

How We Protect Your Data

HTTPS encryption in transit. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We run quarterly penetration tests. We don't store sensitive data longer than we need it.

Your Rights

You can download all your data, update your profile, or request deletion. Send a request to privacy@amherstvans.org. We'll respond within 5 business days. You can also opt out of all emails except account alerts.

Policy Updates

If we change how we handle data, we'll email you 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after 30 days means you accept the new policy.
