Regular Van 

Curb-to-curb service is available to and from scheduled medical appointments. Helpers may accompany riders at no additional cost.

Cost: Fees for this service range between $10.00 and $25.00* per roundtrip depending on the destination.

 Reservations

To make reservation call 636-3075 between the hours of 9:00 am - 2:00 pm and have the following information available

• Date and time of appointment
• Address of facility you will be transported to
• Doctors name or Department
• Your phone number and address

*Amherst Senior Transportation Services, Inc. makes every effort to accommodate seniors requesting service. However, due to high demand and limited availability of vans, There may be times when the service is not available.  We advise checking with your health insurance provider regarding alternative transportation coverage.   Residents of Senior Apartment complexes should check with the complex manager for included services.
